The main contributor to the Collection is Dr. Patricia P. K. Chiu. She is a Hong Kong historian and has taught education history and women's history at the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong respectively. She is the author of A History of the Grant Schools Council: Vision, Mission, and Transformation (2013).
