The production of this film entailed one year of preparation and over one year of shooting. Many Shaw’s actresses appeared in the film. It was said to be made with HK$4,000,000. In addition to the emphasis on the design of combat scenes, Cheng Kang also incorporated many exciting special effects and special optical effects into the movie.
